About me

I am currently a Research Associate in Biostatistics at the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Faculty of Medicine, at Imperial College London. I am also a member of the Environment and Health Statistics Group under the Medical Research Council Centre for Environment & Health.

Currently, I am working on a MRC-funded project on incorporating wastewater-based epidemiology into a real-time, multiplex public health surveillance system under the supervision of Professor Marta Blangiardo.

Before joining Imperial, I completed my PhD in Statistics at the University of Glasgow, supervised by Professor Janine Illian. Prior to my doctoral studies, I was a faculty member at the School of Statistics at the University of the Philippines Diliman, where I also earned my MS in Statistics under the supervision of Professor Erniel Barrios.

Research Interests

My research interests include developing methods for spatially and temporally misaligned data, with applications in epidemiology and public health. Specific topics of interests are block aggregation models for point-to-areal data, data fusion methods, uncertainty propagation in multi-stage models, and mixed data sampling models for multi-frequency time series problems.
